EmpowerHer is an EU-funded project aimed at encouraging the social and professional empowerment of migrant women through innovative training programs and digital tools.
Together with adult educators from across Europe, you will explore the EmpowerHer training program and its interactive app, designed to support migrant women in recognizing and developing their competencies. Through hands-on workshops, group discussions, and collaborative planning sessions, you will gain practical insights into how to integrate these tools into your own learning environments. A key focus of this training is the exchange of expertise across countries, allowing participants to learn from diverse experiences and approaches in different European contexts.

Program Overview
This three-day training will provide participants with a deep understanding of the EmpowerHer project and its practical implementation. The key components include:
- Introduction to the EmpowerHer Project & European Collaboration
Participants will gain insights into the overarching aims of the EmpowerHer project, its European partnerships and the various resources being developed to promote the social inclusion and professional empowerment of migrant women.
- Exploring the EmpowerHer Training Approach
An introduction to the EmpowerHer methodology, including the specially developed ProfilPass that serves as the basis for recognising and developing skills. Participants will explore and experience how this structured approach supports the development of tailored skills.
- Hands-on Experience with the EmpowerHer App
Educators will actively engage with the EmpowerHer app, test its features, explore its interactive exercises, and provide valuable feedback for its practical application in migrant learning groups.
- Best Practices & Peer Exchange
Through interactive discussions, participants will share their own experiences, successful teaching strategies, and innovative approaches to working with migrant women. This exchange will foster a strong European network of professionals dedicated to inclusive education.
- Developing Implementation Plans
Participants will collaborate to design action plans for integrating EmpowerHer into their courses and institutions, ensuring a tailored and impactful implementation in their specific contexts.

✓ They are working with migrant women.
✓ Have an interest in working on soft skills development with migrant women.
✓ Be eager to actively engage and exchange with peers during the training.
